A dual frequency 5cm2 soundhead comes standard with each unit. Its portable design also lets you take it to your patient or keep it at the clinic. The device is very easy to use, and allows the patient to start treatment right away. The advanced operating system ensures a complete range of therapy no matter where you use it.
The ComboCare® is the latest addition to Roscoe™ professional line of therapy systems. This all-new microprocessor controlled unit combines clinical ultrasound therapy with five treatment waveforms: IF 4-Pole, IF 2-Pole, Russian, EMS and TENS. Large easy-to-read LCD panel allows the clinician to quickly set up treatment parameters. A dual frequency 5 cm2 sound head comes standard with the unit.


This microprocessor controlled unit combines clinical ultrasound therapy with five different electrotherapy treatment waveforms:

  • Interferential (IF) 2-Pole
  • Russian Stim – Medium Frequency
  • EMS/NMES
  • TENS
