Pricing and Availability

All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our catalogs or website are subject to change without prior notice. Though we do our best to avoid them Canada Clinic Supply (CCS) is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our catalog or online. All orders are subject to acceptance by Canada Clinic Supply Inc.

Payment Methods

For your convenience CCS offers several payment options including: eTransfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Company Cheque based on approval. Please note that we no longer accept prepaid credit cards and American Express.

If your order over $500.00, we may request the credit card holder ID to identify the credit card payment. Please submit and email the ID copy to orders@clinicdepot.ca with your order number directly. To avoid the identification process, please pay by eTransfer to orders@clinicdepot.ca.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call as immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we’ll simply process your request as a return product.

Backorders

If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of ground shipping on all shipments following the original order. All oversized and overweight item charges apply.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are subject to the manufacturers terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.

Quantity Discounts

Quantity price breaks may be available in addition to what’s offered in our catalog and online. Please call us for more details.

Sale Items

Sale items have limited quantities, sizes and colors and may no longer be available.

Warranty

The warranty does not include damage caused by accident, misuse, user error, or neglect. If products are not manufactured by CCS, warranties status are referred from the original manufactory. In case of defective merchandise, please contact CCS customer service for your product details and we will help you the process.
