Orders for in stock items received by 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday except public holiday) will ship the same day. Shipping method is Standard Ground Service (unless otherwise selected by customer) to all destinations within Canada (excluding remote areas shipping method and rates may vary). Items ordered directly from the manufacturer or special order products may take longer. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.
Standard Ground Service – Parcels reach most Great Toronto Area (GTA) in next business day of shipment and include tracking information. Other area within Ontario may takes 3-4 days. Provinces outside of Ontario may takes 5-7 days. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Canada Clinic Supply offers free shipping on orders over $250 excluding taxes to addresses within Toronto, Ontario. Overweight or Oversized products, such as table, paper, pillow, cushion, liquid, etc, addresses in remote areas, or addresses outside Ontario, may be subject to additional delivery charges.
